The Revelation……The Transfiguration

Ten years ago when visited, I ignored God’s visions;
Didn’t know that God has set me on destined missions;

The vision of a python like anaconda spirit strangling me got me scared;
This spirit got me paralysed and unable to stand in my authority as I was scarred;

Then the vision followed of me mating with a snake like creature;
Unknown to me this spirit and its cohorts have been my ever torture;

Manipulating, stealing and deceiving me of my joy and happiness;
Entangled me in their world of half-truths and cosmetic love nests;

The Revelation……The Transfiguration

I was blinded by my own lust of the flesh and pride;
This allowed these demonic spirits my soul to ride;

Naively I took upon and raised their off spring as my own blood;
Cause from my heart they knew compassion flows like a flood;

I permitted to be used by them for their purpose and madness;
Over the years it took its toll on me and filled me with great sadness;

They chained me to narcotics as a measure to dim;
This calling upon my life as it was filled to the brim;

Though through the ten years it was difficult to break their hold;
Through constant prayer I stood assured that it’s God who builds my mould;

I was always consumed and never satisfied as my soul had no rest;
Then almost like the signs of time, upon me came this life altering test;

I passed their various tests with flying colours to the frustrations of my foes;
In their pursuit of me, they couldn’t run anymore as God froze their toes;

I didn’t know that, I had to undergo what I experienced to grow;
Now stemming from within me and all around me is God’s glow;

I am no longer enslaved to their wicked and vile schemes;
Their concoctions and witchcraft is revealed in my dreams;

I see them for whom and what they truly are in their manifestations;
In combat I remain in the Word and prayer through meditations;

I am standing in my authority as KING;
The enemy has run away and has left the ring.
